Mayday Jewellers is a UK-based jewellery business operated by Alicia Yates-Richardson. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products

All charms are made from stainless steel. Colours may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to differences in display settings. Custom and personalised pieces are made to order.

3. Orders

By completing a purchase you are making an offer to buy the goods described. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Once payment has been confirmed you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship within the UK. Orders are dispatched within 5–9 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service once your order has been dispatched.
